Today, December 30, is the last Mission Leadership Council (Concilio) for 2014. We are grateful for their service and sacrifice to move the Lord's work forward.

Ten WONDERFUL missionaries returned home this morning in our Mini Transfer. These hermanas were a part of our largest intake group of missionaries in September of 2013. Today half of them return home to begin school next week. These are true El Faro missionaries and we are grateful for their devoted service.

We were blessed with TWO special events in December: a special Concilio with Elder Kearon and his family as well as a Christmas Fireside with David Archuleta. Both occasions were inspiring and uplifting.

Lleida Zone was the final conference of December. We met together in Zaragoza on the 23rd of December. We LOVE Zone Conferences, but especially love our Christmas Devotional during this month.

Valencia Zone enjoyed the December Zone Conference on Monday the 22nd. Of course, we were blessed to have Vicente's famous paella for lunch!

Barcelona and Badalona Zones had their conference today, December 18, 2014. The testimony meeting was powerful and our practicas were terrific!

Hospitalet Zone Conference was December 16, 2014. All missionaries are getting flu shots during conferences this year. This added some excitement to this conference! We love and appreciate the members of the Hospitalet Stake who prepared a beautiful and bountiful lunch.

Baleares Zone Conference was held on Monday, December 15, 2014. The Ibiza elders were unable to join us due to illness. They will come to a later conference.

December Zone Conferences began with the Bilbao and Vitoria Zones on December 12, 2014. It was a powerful day feasting on His words.

Welcome to 13 new missionaries! They are strong and well prepared to serve.

It's unbelievable to think that these beloved missionaries have completed their missions! It seems like they arrived to El Faro yesterday. We love you. God bless you.
