Today we conducted Mission Leadership Council -- Concilio -- for our last time. These are outstanding, consecrated missionaries. They have blessed our lives immeasurably. We love you!

The final Zone Conference was in Hospitalet. What a glorious conference it was with wonderful missionaries, great teaching, and a very powerful spirit

The Valencia Zone Conference was held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. This is a powerful group of missionaries in the Lord's army.

The Baleares Zone united in conference on Monday, June 15 in Palma. We had a marvelous witness of the Spirit and grew in our understanding of the Sacrament together.

Next stop on the Zone Conference circuit was in the Barcelona Stake Center. The Badalona and Barcelona Zones made for a large group. It was a spiritually charged conference.

The next stop for conferences was the Lleida Zone (held in Zaragoza). As is often the case, we ate pizza and green salad for lunch!

It's Zone Conference time! We had a marvelous day with the Bilbao and Vitoria Zones. We used our iPads to "Air drop" the zone photo onto everyone's iPad. One camera took the photo and in 1 minute all 40 missionaries had it in their photo album! We are discovering marvelous things that can be done with our new tool.

We had a successful roll out of the iPad's during our Zone Training Meetings on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of June.

June 1 was MLC (Concilio). Each missionary in the Council received their iPads!

Fifteen valiant servants conclude their honorable service to the Savior. Thank you for your love and faith and examples of obedience.

Welcome, welcome, welcome!!! Six missionaries arrived from the MTC in Madrid. There are still two visa waiters stateside. It was a glorious day in El Faro with the arrival of these six, well prepared and energetic missionaries.

Elder and Hermana Del Solar are the newest matrimonio to arrive in El Faro. Bienvenidos! They come to us from Texas but are Spaniards. Their assignment is member support in Zaragoza. They will be a great blessing to the Spain Barcelona Mission!

May has been filled with outstanding Specialized Trainings in each zone. Here is a collection of pictures from the beautiful musical numbers that got each conference off to a great start.

Mission wide conference on May 5, 2015. We were blessed to have Elder and Sister Dyches, and Elder and Sister Allen teach us about "Missionary Work in the Digital Age." iPads will be arriving soon and El Faro will be prepared to use this new tool!

Concilio this week with the Mission Leadership Council focused on agency and the power to act. We have begun preparations for a new tool to use in our labors: the iPad.

These ten faithful servants of the Lord return home with honor after their outstanding service. Thank you for your shining examples, faith and charity.

Bienvenidos to 12 new El Faro missionaries! They are prepared and excited to serve the Lord in this wonderful little corner of the Lord's vineyard.

Elder R. Ingvar Olsson and Sister Olsson conducted our Mission Tour in March. We held conferences in Bilbao, Valencia and Barcelona. It was inspirational and motivating for the entire mission. We were greatly blessed by the Olssons!

Seventeen of the Lord's finest servants returned home with honor this week. We are grateful for your consecrated service.

March 2015 brought warm spring weather and 16 new El Faro missionaries. Welcome to the GREATEST mission on the earth!

Barcelona and Badalona Zones combined for Specialized Training on the 20th and 21st of February. We enjoyed watching the movie "Meet The Mormons" during lunchtime. The "practicas" were terrific and we sharpened all our missionary tools!
